How long it takes for my order to arrive?

We do our best to process most orders within1-2 days, but all orders are processed within1 to 10business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free standard international shipping on all orders from our suppliers to the following countries and regions: the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and others worldwide. Shipping typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks, though import and customs delays to certain destinations can extend shipping times beyond this window.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lanagiftsgoods@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
